Description
Roll-On/Roll-Off ships are equipped with vehicle decks and ramps to efficiently and quickly be able to load vehicles and cargo on trailers. This in turn makes them highly suitable for military sealift purposes. This large RORO ship in addition to a stern quarter ramp also has bow-mounted heavy-lift cranes to lift cargo onto the deck.
